金涌，工学博士，常州大学副教授，硕导。

主持江苏省产学研合作项目2项，企业委托技术开发3项，常州大学科研启动项目1项。主要参与了XXX重大专项、国防973项目、国防863项目、军委科技委国防创新特区、兵器工业联合基金等十多项国家级项目。撰写和编制各类技术图纸、技术报告、总结报告等90余份/套。以第一作者或通讯作者发表学术论文21篇，其中SCI/EI收录13篇。以第一申请人授权国防发明专利1项，普通发明专利2项。
