徐正晓，中共党员，硕士生导师，入选江苏省“双创计划”科技副总、常州市“龙城英才计划”领军型人才，研究主要集中在提高采收率及气液两相流领域，主持国家自然科学基金青年基金、江苏省自然科学基金青年基金、江苏省高等学校自然科学研究面上项目、国家重点实验室开放课题，以及教育部产学合作协同育人项目和企业委托横向课题多项。兼任ACS（美国化学会）、SPE（美国石油工程师协会）、ASME（美国机械工程师协会）、InterPore（国际多孔介质协会）、中国颗粒学会、江苏省颗粒学会会员，担任Petroleum Science、Fuel、Energy & Fuels、Scientific report、Petroleum Science and Technology、Advances in Geo-Energy Research等期刊审稿人，聘任新疆石油地质、油气地质与采收率、断块油气田、Geohazard Mechanics、Capillarity等石油类核心期刊青年编委。

• CO₂利用：CO₂驱油减排，CO₂等非凝析气抑制冷凝传热，超临界CO₂流体应用。

• 流变学：复杂流体（包括聚合物、油水乳液体系、胶体等）的本体与界面流变实验与理论研究。
